The cheese knife is made entirely of rust-free 18/10 stainless steel. The 18% chromium gives the stainless steel its corrosion resistance, while the 10% nickel ensures neutral taste. All products are assembled by hand in France. Constant quality assurance in all production steps give the products their longevity.

The quality allows daily use without the risk of gloss and brightness. The handles are made of high quality plastic and provide beautiful color accents on a set table. The length of the knife is 25 cms, the thickness on the top is 2.5 mms. The ferrule is made of chrome-plated brass.
